Add your links. Paste the URLs of web pages, RSS feeds, document archives, or data sources you follow. ARXIVIX figures out what they are and starts collecting.

How it works
You start a project — your investigation, your beat, your research area. Then you add files and links. That's it.
Behind the scenes, ARXIVIX processes your documents, extracts text and metadata, and organizes everything into a library you can search and query. When you add links, ARXIVIX identifies what kind of source it is — a web page, a PDF archive, an RSS feed, a data endpoint — and previews what it can collect.
You choose what to watch. ARXIVIX refreshes your sources on a schedule and adds new content to your library automatically. When something matches your alerts, you get an email.
Your Active Library is different from cold storage or backup storage: it is indexed, searchable, connected to alerts and watchers, available in Ask, and continuously useful as project context. Your Export Archive gives you portable records when you need them.
There's no configuration, no setup wizard, no technical decisions to make. If you can upload a file and paste a link, you can use ARXIVIX.

Why we built this
We've spent years watching the same pattern repeat. A journalist has a folder of PDFs they can't search. A nonprofit wants to track an agency website but doesn't know how. A legal aid clinic needs to find patterns across hundreds of case files. A legislative staffer keeps refreshing a page at midnight because they can't afford to miss a change.
These aren't exotic problems. They're everyday realities for people who work with public information. And until recently, solving them required either a developer on staff or an expensive enterprise platform.
AI has changed the cost equation. The capabilities that used to require a technical team — optical character recognition, intelligent document processing, semantic search, and scheduled source review — can now be delivered at a fraction of the cost. But that cost deflation hasn't reached the people who need it most. The tools are cheaper to build, but they're still packaged for developers and enterprises.
ARXIVIX is our answer to that gap. Refresh schedules and alerts are best-effort and may vary based on source availability, infrastructure load, or third-party changes. Certain high-frequency, operational, or large-scale use cases may require custom review and approval.
